Delivery - Returns & GDPR

We can only process items ordered On-Line where most orders will be uploaded within a twenty four hour period Monday to Friday and dispatched normally within two to five working days. Should an item not be available from the manufacturing company you will be advised by email as soon as possible as to when we expect it to be back in stock. Shipping costs are subject to the size and weight of the order but normally smaller items will be in the region of twelve to nineteen euros. Certain orders may be free of charge and you will be advised of this on the item or when you review your order for payment. Items delivered can't be returned unless damaged and where an email is received within 24 hours which must include clear photos and full details of the damage, who received the item and signed for it. We recommend that the package is fully checked and if found to be damaged is not accepted and the delivery person is advised of same. Should it be agreed to have the item returned to our office and having assessed it's condition we will reply to you by email. Products are available only via our on-line shop and subject to availability. We hope that you will understand that some products may be in high demand and may be placed on a back order and you will be notified when they return to a normal stock level. Should you wish to cancel the order please email us in advance of delivery. In addition some items may be dispatched but then returned due to insufficient address details or a missing eircode or other missing information. Please take extra care when completing your orders and if necessary provide details of where a delivery can be left should you not be available. Should a product arrive to you in a damaged condition it is critical that you take a photo and log the time and date. Log who took delivery of the item and email it to sales@techproducts.ie
